What Every Plan Includes
Core capabilities are not gated behind the highest tier — they are the floor.
Every Vaughn & Mercer plan includes TLS termination, the Gateway Engine with WebSocket and gRPC support, access to our documentation portal, and the developer CLI. There are no hidden overage fees for the first 10% of monthly request volume above your tier limit — we send an alert and let you decide. All billing is in Thai Baht and invoices are issued with a Thai VAT registration number for straightforward accounting.

Is the 14-day trial really free with no restrictions?
Yes. During the trial you have full access to the Growth tier feature set — SDK Factory, Auth & Policy Engine, Observability Suite, and custom domain support. No credit card is required to start. At day 14 you either upgrade or your workspace enters a read-only state.
Can I pay annually and get a discount?
Annual billing is available on Growth and Enterprise tiers at a 15% discount compared to monthly billing. Annual invoices are issued in Thai Baht in January or on your subscription anniversary, whichever you prefer.
What happens if I exceed my monthly request limit?
We do not hard-stop traffic at the limit. Your gateway continues to serve requests, and we notify you by email when you reach 90% and 100% of your plan's included volume. The first 10% of overage is absorbed at no cost. Beyond that, requests are billed at ฿0.0008 per request until your next billing cycle.
