Our support team operates from 09:00 to 18:00 ICT, Monday through Friday. For enterprise inquiries about custom SLAs, private node placement, or volume pricing, email the same address with the subject line “Enterprise Inquiry” and a member of the founding team will respond personally within one business day. We also maintain an active community forum where most common integration questions are answered within the same day.
